Job summary Senior Medical Secretaries - Clinical/Medical Oncology Based at the Worcestershire Oncology Centre within Worcestershire Royal Hospital Due to the expansion of services we are seeking highly organised and compassionate medical secretaries to join our existing team within the speciality of Medical/Clinical Oncology. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of oncology services, providing essential support to our medical professionals and patients. There are two full-time posts available - part-time hours will be considered as a job share arrangement. As part of an office rota and following a period of induction/training, 1-2 days home working can be offered. Main duties of the job You will be required to provide a comprehensive secretarial service for the consultant oncologist and multi-disciplinary team in accordance with Trust/departmental policies and procedures. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to a clear understanding of patient confidentiality.
