The role will be based at the Merlin Technical Hub at Thorpe Park Resort, Chertsey, with a strong hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility. We're looking for a dynamic Procurement Specialist to support the renewal of supply contracts, leveraging our scale and leading tender processes for maximum savings. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management : Collaborate with Group Legal and external counsel for effective contract oversight. Network Building : Forge strong connections across Merlin, especially within key regions and attractions. Best Practices : Use top procurement techniques to deliver cost, quality, and service benefits. Work with stakeholders to set and achieve targets. Market Expertise : Maintain detailed knowledge of the supply market for relevant categories and regions. Process Improvement : ️♻️ Partner with local teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and consolidate suppliers. Sustainability Champion : Advocate for environmental and ethical sourcing initiatives.
