Job Title: Sub Agent – Water Civil Engineering Project

Project Overview:
Managing the construction of a major dam for flood protection and water management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site & Project Management:
2. Oversee site activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
3. Support the Site Agent in planning, coordinating subcontractors, and managing resources.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
5. Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and project documentation.
6. Health, Safety & Quality:
7. Promote a safe working culture, ensuring all legal and procedural standards are met.
8. Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold safety and quality control.
9. Cost & Resource Control:
10. Monitor project costs, optimise resource use, and drive efficiency.
11. Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Experience in civil engineering (preferably water infrastructure).
2. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and risk management.
3. Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
4. CSCS & SMSTS certified.
5. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
