We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Information Analyst to join the Information Services Department, supporting the Trust's Transformation Programme. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality performance data and business analysis to inform operational performance and support critical decision-making. Working closely with the Information Manager, you will contribute to the development of advanced analytical models. This position involves close collaboration with the Trust's Transformation Programme and Project Managers, providing analytical support through cutting-edge analytical and statistical methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a management information environment, delivering high-quality, user-focused information that meets diverse requirements. Main duties of the job This position is part of the Business Intelligence team within Information Services. Our team operates on a hybrid working model, offering a flexible combination of remote work and in-office attendance at Suite 19, Castle Hill Hospital. We are seeking a candidate with strong numerical and analytical skills, a methodical approach to tasks, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to prioritise effectively while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel is essential. Additionally, experience or knowledge in SQL programming, business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SSRS, and statistical methodologies would be highly advantageous.
