My client is seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to provide professional protection advice and guidance following the Wealth Management sales process and within regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise and arrange personal and business protection related products, obtaining a full analysis of the clients' needs and constructing an appropriate solution.
2. Deal courteously and efficiently with any matters concerning clients, introducers, lenders, or other product providers.
3. Engage with new leads and customers efficiently and protectively; review existing clients' circumstances and address as appropriate.
4. Ensure that all associated administration is completed effectively to meet the company's record-keeping and file quality standards.
5. Develop appropriate business relationships and introducers within the area, as well as developing current introducers and referrers.
6. Work to targets efficiently, maximizing the potential of every lead.
7. Review personal performance and maintain continuous professional development.
8. Use the systems provided to generate competitive quotes for customers.
9. Close sales, handling customer objections where appropriate.
10. Operate within FCA compliance requirements at all times.
11. Maintain an excellent level of data accuracy/integrity within our CRM system (Salesforce or FLG experience is desirable).
12. Have a flexible approach to working hours to meet customer and business leads.
13. Carry out any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities as set out by Management.

Required skills:
1. Evidence of strong client review scores (e.g., Google reviews / VouchedFor, etc.)
2. Farming an existing book of clients (Active / Live cases)
3. Undertaking annual reviews
4. Clients referred from business.
5. CII R01 and RO5 qualified.
