Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are working on behalf of a client to recruit an experienced Marketing Coordinator / Manager Our client is a group of companies who are successful distributors of various products. Currently selling mostly B2B, via Installers, specifiers, house builders, contractors, retailers, but more recently direct to consumers. Key Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the marketing activities for each company within the group which includes online and offline media, including socials, website Copywriting - which includes editorials, press releases, brochures, company presentations, award entries Manage all social media accounts across companies, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok including content, Meta Ads and insights To brief and manage Graphic Designer on work needed for brochures, stand design, print ads, showroom artwork Create and manage email campaigns for key stakeholders. Manage all the preparations for 1-4 exhibitions per year Communication with key shareholders and managing tasks/events with suppliers and people in different departments Working closely with Directors across the Group and especially the sales teams to align marketing with the company's needs and directions Keeping on top of invoicing, budgets and merchandise purchasing Promote and attend events on-site/webinars and create content, meet with customers and suppliers' marketing teams Preparation of strategic multi-channel marketing plans Person Specification: An ambitious marketing professional, able to support the business achieve its goals. Able to demonstrate success in a previous similar role. Excellent time-management and planning skills, ability to multitask Ability to effectively manage project and campaign timescales to ensure the smooth running of projects and campaigns that run simultaneously Creative, motivated, enthusiastic, professional and friendly Excellent computer skills, word processing, PowerPoint, Canva etc. (Photoshop is advantageous but not essential) Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Knowledge of Social Media platforms and Social Media Scheduling Tools Up-to-date brand knowledge Ability and willingness to learn new skills as the business's needs evolve If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply online with an up to date CV an we’ll be in touch to discuss the role in more detail
