As the Senior Retail & Licensing Manager you will manage the day-to-day running of our online shop, lead on product development and retail and licensing opportunities, as well as support the Head of Supporter Acquisition to achieve our retail and licensing objectives and income targets. This will involve managing resources, overseeing two direct reports - an Ecommerce and Merchandising Specialist and a Retail and Licensing Operations Specialist in addition to building relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, developers, artists and licensees, designers and manufacturers. Important too, will be the ability to research, identify, and engage suppliers, artists, manufacturers, designers, and licensees to develop products that generate income and bring the WWF brand to life. We’re looking for someone with: Experience of navigating brand and design requirements. Experience of monitoring budgets and key performance indicators. Experience in purchasing, retail, or online trading. Knowledge of product design, development and manufacturing processes. Experience of successfully managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers. Experience of using Photoshop, In Design or other design packages Knowledge of sustainability and ethical trading. Excellent communication, negotiation and team development skills.
