Our in-house provision, Treetops, has grown from strength to strength. It is a popular and well-attended club and we are looking for the right manager to help it continue to flourish. The successful candidate will have vision and drive to ensure Treetops continues to be a fun and exciting environment that children want to be part of. As Leader, the successful candidate would have line management responsibility for a Play Worker and should be a motivational team player, great at inspiring and managing others. Salary: Surrey Pay 7. Full-time equivalent (FTE) £32,512-£34,654 (based on 2024-25 pay rates, rates from April 2025 are still to be confirmed).
Actual pro-rata salary for 16.5 hours: £12,493-£13,316 (24-25 rates)
Hours: 3-6pm Monday-Friday during term-time. Five days is 16.5 hours (15 at school and 1.5 hours planning activities in your own time). This position is for 38 weeks (term-time only). Any essential INSET days will be paid in addition to this.
