The Paid Media Manager will be tasked with creating, optimising and reporting on high performance, extremely competitive paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms. You will be supporting the EU sports team that oversees our sports activity across Europe.
Responsibilities
1. Run hyper targeted paid search campaigns on Google for highly competitive gambling search terms across a range of regulated European gaming markets and jurisdictions.
2. Create compelling ad copy and calls to action to elicit clicks and conversions for searches related to sports betting and online casinos.
3. Report, optimise, and monitor campaigns for performance to maintain a profit margin across all campaigns.
The Candidate
1. Deep knowledge of Google Adwords.
2. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
3. In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
4. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
6. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
7. Organisational skills are a must.
