Main duties of the job Lead the multi-disciplinary Complex Needs Services Team, to ensure the assessment and provision of person-centred psychotherapeutic specialist health and social care, which promotes an individual's right to choose, independence, health, and wellbeing in line with their assessed needs and in a way that enables them to reach their full potential. Lead the Training and Vocational Initiatives in Personality training team, to ensure a high level of training is provided for all customers, increasing awareness, understanding and skills in working with those who have a personality disorders Ensure the budget is managed effectively and that all resources are provided within the agreed budget. Ensure safe and therapeutic care in the community wherever possible reducing the need for inpatient treatment. Work alongside clinical specialists to develop an efficient and effective team that delivers on all the performance and quality standards. Provide professional leadership to the clinical teams ensuring clinical input into recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and professional development. Independently prioritise, maintain and manage a complex and highly specialist personal caseload. Take on Duty manager role across the organisation as required.
