We are seeking experienced telecoms sales professional who has proven build long term relationships with existing clients and winning new business with UK and International Enterprise organisations. Key Responsibilities You will be required to generate opportunities both On Net and within preconnected buildings, which will ensure that you achieve these targets. You will be expected to provide monthly forecasts of what you will deliver This will require you to create and manage a pipeline of opportunities You will be expected to have relationships with all relevant parties within connected buildings (FM, building manager, Letting Agents, Asset Managers) which will provide you with an understanding of all tenants, and free space within the building. Ensure all new and existing tenants are aware of our clients telecoms and it solutions. Essential Requirements Consistently achieving sales targets. Work with the account management team to hand over customers in an effective manner once fully onboard. Own your connected buildings as part of your new business, up-sell and cross-sell strategy. Visiting each of your allocated buildings to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and increasing revenue generated per building. Unearth and close opportunities across multiple verticals across our On-Net coverage areas. Work closely with the SDRs to ensure all building tenants are recorded and contacted. Build and retain solid, long-lasting relationships with advocates and referral partners, new and existing. Accurately forecast monthly your expected non-recurring sales & MRR. Outbound sales, ensuring you are providing your own leads
