Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
Day-to-day of the role:
* Create, format, and edit various legal documents and correspondence with precision.
* Organise and maintain diaries, schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the legal team.
* Handle billing processes, prepare and process invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing.
* Open and close client files with meticulous attention, managing all documentation from initiation to completion.
* Maintain and update records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries promptly and providing information and assistance as needed.
* Support the legal team with various administrative tasks and case-related work, including handling phone enquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* High degree of self-management and initiative, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication abilities, with strong verbal and written skills and a professional demeanour.
