We are looking for a dedicated Band 2 Orthotics Clerk to join our busy Orthotics department at Peterborough City Hospital.
Are you ready to take on a rewarding part-time role where you'll be the key point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff? This job-share position offers 13 hours per week, with negotiable afternoon hours, providing flexibility to fit your schedule., + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Orthotics department.
+ Manage appointments efficiently and ensure patients receive accurate information.
+ Liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operation.
+ Handle clerical tasks, including managing patient records, preparing clinics, and processing orders.
+ Strong communication and organisational skills.
+ Ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism and care.
+ Experience with IT systems like PAS, eTrack, ICE, and Evolve (training provided).
