Your responsibilities will primarily include: Monitoring and tracking pupil attendance Co-ordinating the administration of attendance on a daily basis Identifying and addressing individual attendance issues. Collaborating with pupils, parents, and teachers to improve attendance and punctuality. Developing and implementing strategies to boost attendance rates. Working alongside senior staff and external agencies to develop and implement effective whole school attendance strategies. Building positive, caring relationships with our families and working closely with those who require support. You must have an understanding of school systems and factors affecting non-school attendance.
