An experienced Site Administrator is required to join a regional multi-disciplinary contractor based in Hampshire to assist with a multitude of civils & new build projects across the south coast.
Reporting to the Regional Director and working closely with site teams, marketing team, and social value team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to sites and the business.
The Site Administrator role will involve regular monitoring and management of site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilized correctly, assisting with time sheets, and setting up and closing sites at the handover stage.
The ideal candidate will come from a construction background, ideally within a similar position such as office manager, with a proven background demonstrating your organized, personable, and efficient manner.
