Marketing Manager for Columbia Records. What you'll do: Creative Strategy: You will work on both developed and developing artists, collaborating with other teams to articulate and direct act’s image, including styling, photo shoots and videos. You will oversee and lead on content development, commissioning creative assets and all visuals relating to the campaign. Marketing and Digital Strategy: You will lead across artist marketing campaigns from concept to execution and deliver against strategic and commercial goals. You will be responsible for the planning of content marketing, CRM growth strategy, and digital partnership opportunities alongside the digital, sales and international teams. You will work with the Digital Manager to develop and execute content ideas that fit and strengthen the marketing campaign. You will work with the digital partnerships team to develop and pitch the playlisting strategies to DSPs. You will work with external creative and media agencies for media plans across platforms Project Management : You will be the lead on high profile marketing campaigns for Sony Music and will be responsible for project timelines, deliverables, delegation of tasks, internal and external stakeholder comms, artist management and post campaign analysis. Finance : You will be responsible for campaign budgets, coordinating PO and invoice payment, allocation of spend and monitoring of expenditure, P&L targets, budget approvals and project KPIs. You will work with the finance team to plan and forecast during the budgeting process. Data and analysis: Pre and post campaign analysis, utilizing the data tools that are available at Sony Music. Be naturally curious and work with the analytics and insight team to better understand audiences and continue to expand our artist’s fan bases. Culture Be familiar and up to date with contemporary music trends across a range of genres. Be informed and curious about technological advancements in the wider media landscape and be creative about how these could be applied to your campaigns. Be immersed in social media and the various ways people use these platforms to increase their audience and reach, both within music and the wider culture. Be aware of the partnership landscape and how brands, distribution channels and media can be used to enhance your artists’ projects. Be connected and willing to continually look for new partnership opportunities for your artists and the label. International : For some artists, you will work with international marketing teams to coordinate efforts across different territories. Campaign Management: You will lead and be the point of contact for the entire artist campaign (marketing, digital, promo and sales ). You will liaise with artist management and other internal departments working on the campaign and be responsible for updating artist and senior management on the whole campaign.
