The Ideal Candidate Quality Manager - Children's Residential
Salary: Up to £50,000 Car Allowance: £3,600 car allowance + Mileage Location: Hybrid working (2-3 days on the road) + flexibility
Experience required: Experience as a Children's Home Manager and CIW knowledge is required. Experience with Ofsted is desirable.
The Opportunity: Fantastic opportunity for a home-based Quality Manager, primarily working in Wales, to ensure our services meet and exceed regulatory, statutory, customer, and organisational standards, through robust quality assurance systems. The successful applicant will be an integral part of Keys Group Quality Department and will be responsible for ensuring systems and services are monitored, reviewed, and supported to continually improve quality and outcomes for the children and young people we care for.
Essential Requirements:
* Third Level Qualification in relevant healthcare discipline such as DIPSW, RGN/RMN, OCF Level 5 or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a management level within a multi-sited organisation operating within a regulated environment.
* To have previous proven experience of operational governance and monitoring standards to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* To have previous proven experience of achieving results through people.
* To have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at a strategic level.
* To have a high level of literacy and experience of report writing and action plans.
* To be self-motivated and driven to expect the highest standards.
