REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Fife’s leading Solicitors and Estate Agents, who are looking to recruit a ‘Lettings Manager’ on a permanent basis. Working in the office, you will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, communication with clients, property management and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

£27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Office Based Working Pattern
Start Date: Asap
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies and complete all associated legal requirements
* Managing the rental process from initial setup to key handover
* Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings
* Manage tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates to take forward
* Ensure properties meet all legal requirements
* Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance
* Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords
* Tenant selection and vetting process
* Lease generation
* Pre-tenancy preparation
* Maintain close coordination with other departments in the business
* Perform tenant check-out inspections and deal with deposit
What we're looking for:
* Residential Lettings & Property management: At least 2 years (required).
* ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
* A solid judge of character, with a keen eye for a good tenant
* Complete integrity
* Full, clean UK driving licence
