Are you an experienced aircraft mechanic looking for a role in corporate aviation? We're seeking a Senior Corporate Mechanic to join this team at Stansted. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a range of executive and corporate Jets. The opportunity is working on a 5 on, 5off, 4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off shift. (you get more weekends). You should have some experience working on Embraer or Bombardier aircraft. Excellent training and prospects available
Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Excellence: Execute maintenance tasks under the guidance of Licensed Engineers. Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
2. Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the hangar and associated workshops. Pay special attention to your designated work area.
3. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and Health and Safety procedures. Ensure contract staff under your supervision receive clear work instructions and understand the quality system.
4. Work Cards and Requisitions: Raise work cards and requisitions as directed by the Licensed Engineer.
5. Aircraft Towing: Supervise aircraft towing manoeuvres using company tug equipment.
6. Asset Care: Keep company vehicles, tooling, and equipment in optimal condition.
7. Effective Communication: Provide daily progress reports through written communication and meetings.
8. Flexibility: Be prepared for additional duties as required by Shift Supervisors, Hangar Managers, or the Head of Maintenance.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Completed a recognised aircraft mechanic apprenticeship.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
