Since becoming an academy in September 2009, Kettering Buccleuch Academy has seen many exciting changes. We are an all-through academy catering for students aged 4-18. We moved into our new, purpose-built building in January 2013. Salary: £23,000-£25,000 subject to qualifications and experience
Location: Kettering
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 52 weeks/year. 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

The role
Due to the promotion of the current post holder, we have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee ICT Technician.
We are looking for someone with vision, drive, flexibility and motivation to join us. You will be suitably qualified and experienced to support the academy’s needs. You will possess good customer service skills and be able to handle working under pressure.

About You
You will ideally have experience in:
1. Windows Operating Systems
2. Office 365
3. Software and image deployment
4. Deskside support and some server-side support
5. Active Directory management
6. General PC hardware maintenance
7. Printer, projector and interactive white board maintenance
8. Wireless and network troubleshooting
