Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client located in East Belfast who is looking to hire new and permanent Invoicing Administrator The administrator hired will provide essential support to other colleagues in the office. You will be responsible for maintaining accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires someone who can work with minimal supervision and a high level of attention to detail. Duties Corrective Action Invoicing Print out report of completed jobs Collate to sales order check cost Ensure prices match system Check for customer and engineer signature Pick job sheets to match order Attach job sheet Raise pro-form for approval Invoice with attached picked sheet Maintenance Invoicing Invoice on a monthly basis Collate by area Check price match system Check for customer and engineer signature Raise pro-forma Attach job sheet Invoice with attached mtc sheet Contract invoicing Weekly / monthly draws Work with retention value Salary will depend on experience - circa 23-24k Please send CV via to Colleen Farquharson the link
