Job Overview
Working with the Service’s Corporate Communication Officer, you will manage and maintain the Service’s external website and internal portal, develop graphic and multimedia solutions, and produce videos, podcasts, and audio content.
Responsibilities
1. Liaising with staff at all levels to gather user requirements.
2. Creating storyboards and designing digital campaign materials.
3. Demonstrating and handing over multimedia solutions.
4. Keeping skills updated through continual professional development.
5. Delivering high-quality multimedia solutions across the Service.
Qualifications
You will be highly motivated, possess strong customer service skills, and have a willingness to adapt and embrace new challenges. The role requires excellent IT skills, well-developed communication skills, attention to detail, and a flair for creativity and design.
