Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Airside, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Airside teams. You will be responsible for managing resources to fulfil our service standards for our Customer Airlines, monitor turnarounds via SMART audits, and enter any accidents or incidents into MORSE providing detailed and accurate reports. You will ensure that our ground handling is delivered safely on time and consistently in line with service level standards set for both on-time and station performance.
What you will be doing
* Responsible for ensuring the airlines product is delivered consistently to demanding service level standards and on-time performance targets.
* Pre-planning of daily operational numbers.
* Inputting operational teams into RSMS mobile.
* Accountable for roster changes and Work-bridge entries.
* Holiday cover for the Head of Airside.

What we are looking for
* Good verbal communication.
* A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history.
* Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance.
* Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
* Proof of address.
