Rocasa Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Scheme Operations Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Witney, working 20 hours per week across four days (mornings), with the requirement for a driver's license.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the housing sector, preferably with experience working with older adults. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing schemes, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage various schemes, including coordinating activities, resources, and personnel.
* To develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and partners.
* To ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a related field, such as social care or management.
* Proven experience in scheme management, preferably in the housing sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
