Job summary Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic role that goes beyond traditional administrative duties? Do you enjoy working closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives? BPAS are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the HR/People Leadership team in driving the company's people strategy. This role will provide high-level administrative & strategic support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function. This is a permanent full time hybrid working arrangement, working for 36 hours per week where you will work from home and our office in BPAS Leamington Spa. There is an expectation to travel to our London Office and BPAS Units nationwide depending on business needs. About You You will be a confident & organised individual who holds a CIPD qualification as well as experience in supporting senior leaders, particularly within HR or a similar environment. You'll have excellent administrative skills, with a high level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office packages. You'll be a natural problem solver, able to work independently & take initiative in fast-paced situations. Experience with project management, data analysis, & event coordination would be advantageous, as would an understanding of HR processes and priorities. Main duties of the job Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Chief People Officer, including managing their calendar, communications, and meeting preparation. Assist the HR/People Leadership team with strategic projects, events, and reporting. Organise and coordinate internal events and workshops, ensuring smooth execution. Maintain confidential HR-related data and documentation, ensuring secure storage and retrieval.
