Job Details:
* Full-time: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days on a rota (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or events environment.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
