Your future role
As a Maintenance Technical Support Engineer, you will be involved in providing maintenance technical support as well as supporting Services tenders & projects in the Engineering area.
We’ll look to you for:
* Supply engineering resource/skills to support tenders and projects.
* Collaborate with Services Engineering and Platforms, to improve the Services portfolio of products and services.
* Participate actively in the Services Engineering network.
* Assure the technical support to the projects.
* Optimise the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
* Support cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial.
* Detect, define and implement the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
* Propose innovative solutions and develop and implement R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects.
* Analyse the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
* Propose actions to optimise Maintenance plans and LCC.
* Search for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).
* Promote the use of latest maintenance techniques and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).
* Analyse failure criticality studies and use RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimise the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
* Analyse and integrate data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
* Manage interface with other Product Lines’ Metiers.
* Improve Services Engineering tools & processes.
