* Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Google Analytics and GTM certification.
* Excellent experience with Google Tag Manager, including complex implementations.
* Expertise in Google Analytics 4, including migration from Universal Analytics.
* Experience with Content Square.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tracking implementation.
* Proven track record in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
* Experience working with development teams and managing technical implementations.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating executive-level reports.
* Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking methodologies, and data validation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on analytics.
* Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Manage our Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementation, along with our conversion rate optimization strategy.
* Produce accurate data, implement tracking solutions, and drive insights that enhance our digital performance.
* Extract, manipulate, and interpret data into actionable insights for various teams.
* Utilize Google Tag Manager to track and report on website performance changes.
* Collaborate with the Digital Team to understand the user journey from landing page to purchase or abandonment.
* Build interactive dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
* Fully understand the customer's digital experience using tools such as Content Square.
* Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our GTM implementation and develop comprehensive tracking strategies.
* Own the configuration and optimization of our GA4 implementation, including designing and implementing custom events, conversions, and audience definitions.
* Identify opportunities for conversion optimization through data analysis and execute A/B tests to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
