We are looking for
an enthusiastic, part-time Receptionist to join our busy hospital for 20.25 hours per week. You will be required to cover main Reception and Outpatient Reception, as required, to a shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays.

1. Work as part of a team providing a reception service across both Main Reception and Outpatient Reception including being the initial point of contact.
2. Answering telephone calls and redirecting as appropriate
3. Book in patients for their appointments.
4. Meet and greet in an open and welcoming manner.
5. Work to a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
6. Prioritise workload on a daily basis
7. Use various computer systems including Microsoft Office and Medway
