Repair Technician Job Opportunity at CTDI WE ARE HIRING We are looking for a repair technician to be at the beginning of an exciting project in Northamptonshire. Do you have experience in identifying and undertaking repairs to return products to the required customer standards? Do you have experience managing work in progress (WIP), as well as identifying software faults and diagnosing hardware faults? Do you have experience in a production environment and possess the right attributes for the role? If you are saying yes to the above, then this could be the job for you Responsibilities of the Role Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work completed. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all repair activities. Manage inventory of repair parts and tools to ensure availability when needed. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills in the latest technologies. Skills and Knowledge Experience Passionate about delivering a great customer experience. Great team-player. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Drive and determination, see tasks through to completion. A positive, energetic approach to any task given.
