Recruitment Consultant – Education
Office based, Kent, ME19 4AE
Salary £28,750 - £40,950 (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission
Working Hours:
Office based
Term time- 07:30am- 4:30 - 5:30pm
Reduced hours in school holidays approx. 8.30-4pm (with opportunities to leave early)
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
* Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
* Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
* Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos
* Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM
* Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates
* Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis
* Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly
* Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships
* Collaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work
* Maintain up to date industry knowledge
* Reviewing your performance to continually improve
You need to be adaptable in recruitment as no two days are the same. The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy.

Key skills required:
* Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
* Drive, determination and motivation
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Confident, positive and resilient personality
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to build relationships
