Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Customer Administration Assistant to join their upbeat and busy team. A competitive salary of £25k to £30k is on offer including excellent benefits; 25 days holiday and flexitime. Working in the office is preferred over hybrid working. The ideal candidate for this Customer Administration Assistant will have the following skills and attributes: Some experience working for a charity is preferred but not essential Excellent customer service skills with experience of customer service and administration in an office based environment You will be positive and proactive and work well within the existing team A strong working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred as well as the ability to import information on to a CRM system This Charity Customer Administration role will include: Telephone liaison with clients and volunteers Using CRM system to record all volunteer information and importing or using data entry to keep it up date Recording fundraising totals on CRM Entering payments and details of Gift Aid Supporting the marketing department to send email campaigns Mailing volunteer packs and managing all incoming and outgoing post If this Charity Customer Administration Assistant role interests you please contact Zest4talent or apply without delay.
