Job summary The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development,implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care with the multidisciplinary teamand patients' families. Main duties of the job We are looking to appoint passionate, enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Band 6 children's Nurses who are ready to take the next step to develop their leadership and management skills. Our department has an integrated Urgent Care Centre and Adult Emergency Department. Barnet ED also has Advanced Care practitioners working alongside the ED medical Team and supporting the Nursing staff. Furthermore we are a Trauma Unit receiving trauma patients from across Hertfordshire and North London. We are a busy unit receiving up to 90 ambulances per day and over 120,000 patients per year.
