If you do, then you might be the perfect fit for our Project Coordinator - Adult Learning. Join our Employment and Skills team at East Sussex County Council and help ensure that residents in our county have access to the skills support they need to thrive.
As a Project Coordinator for Adult Learning, you will:
1. Coordinate and support the development and implementation of Adult Learning programmes, including the roll out of Skills Bootcamps in East Sussex.
2. Oversee Management Information Systems and Individualised Learner Record data.
3. Support the promotion of projects and liaise with relevant internal teams and external partners.
4. Undertake accountability, performance, reporting, and financial monitoring of external delivery partners; and support partner delivery through quality assurance interventions aligned to the Ofsted inspection framework for Further Education and Skills.
This is a one-year fixed term contract which may be extended for a further two years subject to Department for Education contract extension.
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Can plan and organise a varied workload for themselves and others, working to short deadlines.
2. Communicate effectively with a range of people, adapting messages to suit different audiences.
3. Have the ability to influence without authority and support change using negotiation skills.
4. Can analyse, interpret, and present data clearly, in line with Data Protection regulations.
5. Have experience in partnerships and programme/project management.
