Person Specification
Knowledge
* Knowledge of a range of office procedures.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Ability to maintain office systems and procedures.
* Good organisational and office skills.
* IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
* Knowledge of NHS computer software e.g. Medway.
Qualifications
* Good standard of general education.
* IT skills to RSA II, NVQ 2 or equivalent.
* ECDL.
Further Training
* Willingness to undertake relevant training if required.
Experience
* Experience in previous or current administrative role.
* NHS experience / experience with NHS software or applications.
* Experience in customer service based environment.
Contractual
* Flexible in approach.
