About The Role: Take charge of and revolutionize our maintenance operations and facilities management across two manufacturing sites located within 15 miles of each other. This crucial role requires a proactive leader who can develop, oversee, and elevate our maintenance standards to world-class levels while ensuring the upkeep of 260,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing and office space. The ideal candidate will effectively manage two separate maintenance teams (along with one facilities management team), streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on cost-efficiency, predictive maintenance, and strategic capital expenditure. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is preferred but experience can count for just as much 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of implementing world-class maintenance practices in multi-site environments Strong background in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and DMAIC processes Expert knowledge of CMMS and Industry 4.0 implementation and optimisation Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Financial fluency with experience in budget management and capital expenditure planning First-rate communication and interpersonal skills with technical ability to make best use of the latest digital technologies to improve reporting to Group Finance and Leadership teams as well as visual communication across two sites
