Essential requirements:
10. Graduate role – 2:1 or above UK degree required
11. Core subjects desirable – English/Maths/Science
12. Ability to be resilient and use initiative
13. Willing to work with diverse student populations
14. Must have a clear commitment to education and teaching
15. Empathy and able to work with all staff members
16. Some experience working with young people is extremely advantageous
