Minimum Requirements
* Degree qualified or in your last year of a construction related degree.
* Self-motivated and confident.
* Able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
* Able to show initiative and act proactively.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Confident using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
What you’ll do
* Gain experience in each area of our business, including estimating, buying, engineering, quantity surveying, planning and project management.
* Assisting in preparing monthly management reports.
* Understanding and applying health and safety regulations.
* Allocating work to subcontractors.
* Preparing tender and contract documents.
* Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
* Attending site inspections, visits, site meetings and tender interviews when required.
