Job Title: Project Estimator

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable based on experience)

This established company is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality hardware for doors, windows, and cabinets. The mission is to deliver exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. Working primarily within the residential market, they supply to high-end properties/projects, working with architects across the UK and internationally.
Role:
As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring accurate hardware schedules and quotes that drive seamless project execution. Your role will involve:
1. Crafting initial quotes and managing detailed hardware schedules.
2. Engaging in follow-up calls, face-to-face meetings, and site visits.
3. Maintaining a project pipeline with meticulous data accuracy.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to develop comprehensive hardware solutions.
5. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients including designers, architects, contractors, and craftspeople.
6. Negotiating and securing deals.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of product assembly.
2. Strong customer care skills and a genuine passion for client satisfaction.
3. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Decisiveness and the ability to interact confidently with diverse personality types.
6. A commercial mindset with the confidence to secure orders.
7. Experience in a product-based, customer-facing role.
8. Familiarity with joinery, door hardware/ironmongery, or high-end residential construction is advantageous.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
