We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive school in North Manchester, helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students who need it most.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who may be experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties. Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies, you will provide tailored interventions to help students engage positively with their education and develop the social and emotional skills they need to thrive.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, or mentoring capacity
β
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students with behavioural needs
β
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
β
A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
β
A relevant qualification (e.g., in Behaviour Management, Youth Work, or SEND support) is desirable but not essential
