To provide a full and efficient booking service to our Clinical and Secretarial team. This will include ensuring that all documentation is produced to an excellent standard.
To work with the team to ensure adequate cover is in place during periods of leave.
To maintain medical records in EPIC and other systems in line with Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust policies.
To assist other Administrators and members of the Admin team in the achievement of a quality service.
To contribute to the NHS service improvement by participating fully in new projects and developments such as service redesign work.
Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities
We require a booking clerk in our Gynecology Department to provide a comprehensive and quality booking service for our Colposcopy service.
The post holder will be responsible for a dedicated workstream and will therefore require the ability to work under their own initiative with limited supervision. Previous Secretarial and/or Administrative experience is required for this role.
Working in a busy and sometimes demanding job, within a supportive team, they must be a good team player and enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team. They will need to be able to manage and prioritise their workload appropriately.
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week.
