The successful candidate will be responsible for driving category growth and implementing category strategies whilst building strong relationships and engaging key grocery retail customers. You will also work closely with the internal team (revenue growth, marketing and sales) to align strategies that maximise growth opportunities.
Work with key customers to create and implement strategies that improve category performance and drive growth.
Develop plans around product selection, placement, pricing, and promotion in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Provide insights to influence product selection and merchandising decisions with key accounts.
Continuously review product performance and recommend changes as needed.
Analyse market data and consumer research to generate insights that drive sales.
Use these insights to shape new product development and in-store/online execution strategies.
Proven success in a Category Management role within the FMCG industry.
Experience with multi-channel strategies and knowledge of major UK retailer accounts.
Strong project management and planning abilities.
Excellent communication skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
