Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Equivalent Experience
* Extensive Experience in EMC Requirements and Testing
* Able to Investigate EMC Failures and Suggest Corrective Actions
* TEMPEST Experience Preferred
* Proven Track Record of Collaborative Working with Test Houses
* Best Practice for Right-First-Time Design for EMC and TEMPEST Experience
* Must Obtain DV Clearance
Responsibilities:
* Stay Up-to-Date with Relevant EMC and TEMPEST Standards
* Participate in Requirements Reviews and Contribute to Applicable EMC and TEMPEST Standards
* Review Test and Control Plans to Ensure Products are Adequately Tested for EMC and TEMPEST
* Liaise with Test Houses to Ensure Training on Product and Supporting Equipment
* Visit Test Houses During Testing and Resolve Issues
* Estimate Time and Effort Required for Test Activities for Cost and Schedule Adherence
* Work Constructively with Project Team Members for Collaborative Working Environment
* Explain Complex Concepts Clearly to Less Technical Parties
* Determine Cause of EMC or TEMPEST Related Failures and Work with Engineers to Find Solutions
* Manage Security of Information as Defined in Security Manual for Compliance with Government Regulations
