Your role
Job Summary
Effective communication and change management are crucial for the success of any transformational program.
The Communication and Change Management Lead will oversee the development and execution of strategies to facilitate organizational change and ensure effective communication throughout the Innovation program.
This critical role will enhance program visibility, foster internal alignment, and build a robust foundation for the program’s future phases.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with lead change agents to understand the continuous impact of the project, and developing and implementing communications strategies to mitigate resistance and encourage adoption.
2. Tailoring strategies to different audiences within the organisation, translating complex ideas and program progress into clear and impactful messages.
3. Creating compelling content materials to deliver communications in support of the change initiatives.
4. Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of the communications efforts and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to amend strategies as required.
5. Working closely with other departments, in particular internal communication to ensure alignment and coordination of communications efforts across the organisation.
6. Engaging with key stakeholders and facilitating communications between leadership and employees.
7. Organising key communication events within the program (open pitch day, innovation summit etc...)
About you
Requirements
1. Degree in Communication with at least 5 years experience in a matrix organization
2. Strong project management and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (PPT expert, internal tools...)
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies for complex change programs.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a bonus).
6. High-level competence in content creation, including the development and management of materials for various platforms.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
8. Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
9. Agile methodology and/or PMP certification are an advantage
10. Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
