Our client is a well-established UK courier service for a wide range of industry sectors, from retail to engineering, industrial to healthcare.
Trading since 2009, with over 8 branches and 150 staff, our client is looking for a Customer Services Administrator with good telephone and organisational experience.
The Company is known for their excellent and flexible all-round service that they offer to customers, and the operations team is key to this service. The successful candidate would be fully trained in all aspects of courier & logistic services.
JOB PURPOSE
You will join a team of 6 people in their Yate branch and provide the internal team and the company's drivers with full customer service and admin support. You will make service & sales calls, deal with customer queries, liaise with our suppliers, take incoming and make outgoing calls, and provide support for the sales team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Learn how to use the company operating system
2. Take calls from customers
3. Ensure paperwork is complete
4. Arrange routes and deliveries
5. Offer a good level of customer service
SALARY & BENEFITS
£22k - £25k (DOE)
Uncapped commission earnings for new business obtained (sales experience ideal but not necessary if hungry to learn and achieve).
