C&N Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury 4* hotel and spa, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their Brasserie restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant open-plan dining space. The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, Monday to Sunday.
The successful CDP will be able to:
* ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* ·Ability to work under pressure.
* ·Ability to quickly learn new recipes.
* ·Learn new cooking methods.
* ·Ability to problem solve.
* ·Able to work with fresh ingredients.
* ·Good knife skills
* ·Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes.
* ·Fine dining experience
