This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to elevate the entire City Plumbing proposition, strengthening our brand presence and driving growth. As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our brand, working across all aspects of the business to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, a key focus will be further cementing the market leader status of our prominent Renewables business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that not only enhance the City Plumbing brand as a whole but also specifically target and engage our Renewables customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, who is passionate about driving results and making a tangible impact on the business.Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, architecture, messaging, and creative development across Highbourne Group, but predominantly within City Plumbing and its business units.Drive the City Plumbing Renewables proposition- taking lead on the marketing strategy and working with the wider proposition, category and marketing teams to deliver the trading and marketing activity.Manage the identities of all business units, and ensure an integrated consistent approach is applied across customer journeys.Lead the internal communications on the importance of brand and proposition building, reporting back regularly on tangible outcomes of activity.Work closely with our suppliers to create and deliver brand partnership activity, strengthening the presence of City Plumbing across the specific field.Support the Communications and Events programme, taking lead on Group communications when appropriate.Closely monitor industry and competitor activity as well as survey & customer research initiatives and scope the needs for customer insight across the propositions, reporting back to the business to support decision making.Work in a consultant basis of the development and positioning of the City Plumbing Exclusive Brand objectives, including (but not limited to) trend analysis, CGI creation, internal and external launches.Development of segmentation to support targeting and personalisation and improve customer engagement with the propositions,, with a focus towards improving recognition of City Plumbing across various sub - industries.This Marketing opportunity offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Therefore, you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.
