As the Quartermasters Clerk your main responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Quarter Master database as necessary, including the department diary
Complete, store and retrieve relevant documentation as necessary
Carry out the duties of the Management of Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) Unit Application Administrator (UAA)
Maintain the Central Records Branch (CRB) activity. Critically this job files all Management of Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) activity for external National Audit Office review
Ensure all duties are carried out in line with the appropriate logistic support policies and regulation. This requires the individual to keep up to date with all policies and importantly the Logistic Support Assurance & Inspection question set and highlight any issues to the Regimental Quartermaster Sergeants and the Quartermaster
Collate (action/onward transmission/archive) all reports and returns from Sub-Units Squadron Quarter Master Sergeants (SQMS)’ spread across 6 Counties, 5 hours apart
Contracting, Purchasing & Finance (CP&F) administrator for the Quartermaster Department and cover the Headquarters Clerk when absent
Manage all unit electronic Purchase Card (ePC) purchases and maintain electronic records
Act as the buildings Fire Marshal & Point of Contact for maintenance of the building
Control of all Waste Management for the Regiment
