Here's the exciting bita day include s People Development Advisor - field based Retail & DC Role: As People Development Advisor you will be responsible for providing exceptional training to our internal customers in our stores and distribution centres. You will have a creative flair to build and deliver engaging, impactful content across our retail teams with a strong focus on developing leadership and management skills in our management teams. Responsibilities: Work closely with the People Development Manager to understand the learning and development needs and priorities of our retail and distribution teams. Create and deliver engaging, impactful, and relevant learning content that supports the development of leadership and management skills, as well as operational excellence and customer service. Use all learning methods available, including digital, virtual and in-person, to ensure a blended and flexible learning offer that suits different learning styles and preferences. Provide feedback and coaching to learners and managers to enhance their performance and potential. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes, using data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and best practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Store and Area Managers, Regional Managers, HR team and other support functions. Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of learning and development activities. Support the communication and promotion of learning and development opportunities and initiatives across the business, using various channels such as intranet, Hub, newsletters, etc. This job is a good fit for you if: You have a passion for developing others.
