Role Description:
The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue growth through frictionless, automated trade with indirect sales channels. This role involves nurturing partners from prospect to maturity, providing operational support and enablement to partners and cross-functional teams, and maintaining OKRs/KPIs to communicate effectiveness to Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the team of Partner Specialists to on-board, enable, and grow revenue with new and emerging partners.
* Collaborate with IT and Order Management to ensure smooth and automated processes from lead to order to fulfillment.
* Manage Partner Programs to successfully on-board, enable, and grow partner revenue.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Working knowledge of administrative functions of the Channel business.
* Relevant experience and understanding of partner operations.
* Experience working with partners.
